2007 Tax Year LIHEAP Self-employment worksheet

Instructions:

1.  Blue boxes are fillable.

2.  White boxes automatically perform calculations and are locked.

3.  Select "Yes" or "No" by each self-employment type (Farm, Business, & Partnership).  BUT...be sure to select "Yes" for only one of them-set the other two to "No".  If this is not done, the "profit/loss" from box A will be added to more than one income.

4.  Yellow boxes calculate totals:  one each for Earned and Unearned.

5.  Negative numbers can be entered by placing a "-" in front of the dollar amount.

6.  Do not enter the "$" sign...the worksheet will do this for you.
