To Create and Print an Envelope in MS Word:
1. Open MS Word.


2. Click on Tools in the Menu Bar (on top) and left click on “Envelopes and Labels”.


3. On the Envelopes tab, enter your mail-to address in the top box.


4. Enter your return address in the bottom box (if you want). If you don’t want the return address to print, click in the box next to “Omit” so that there is a check mark in the box.


5. To change the envelope size (if needed) click OPTIONS—choose the envelope size and click OK.


6. Click PRINT.



To Create and Print an Envelope in Word Perfect:
1. Open Word Perfect.


2. Click Format, then click Envelope.


3. Type the mailing address in the right-side box; type the return address in the left-side box (if wanted).


4. Choose envelope size.


5. Click PRINT ENVELOPE.
