Making a Back-up Disk
1. Open the file you want to copy to floppy disk or CD.
2. On the FILE menu, click Save As.
3. When the Save As box appears, select the correct drive from the "Save In"
drop down menu. (A: for a floppy disk)
4. The name of the file you want to copy to your 3 1/2 floppy or CD will be
displayed at the bottom of the Save As box.
5. Select the Save action button.
You can do this to backup any file.
