Printing/copying Screens/Windows from Vision

 (and other Programs)

1.  Make sure the window you want to print or copy is 'active' (meaning it is the open window on your desktop).

2.  Hold down the ALT key on your keyboard, then hit the PRINT SCRN key on your keyboard.

3.  The PrintKey window should appear with your window displayed.

4.  If you want to print this window, click the PRINT button on the PrintKey window.

5.  If you want to copy this window (so you can paste it into an email or other document), click the 'Copy picture to clipboard' icon on the PrintKey window.  (This icon looks like a clipboard with a blue arrow pointing onto it).  Then open the document you want to copy the print into and paste as usual.
